Any company is only as good as the employees which make it up. This is what puts Superior Masonry at the top. We employ only "superior people" at every level of the company. The President and CEO is Mark M. Kemp. Mark has been in the construction business since the late 1960's. He started as a yard employee and worked for Superior during his college years. In 1973 he started a brick washing company called Badger Brickwashers, cleaning brick for various mason contractors. This gave him practical business knowledge while attending UW-M and majoring in Business Administration. He graduated from UW-M in 1975 with a Business Degree and proceeded to work for Superior Masonry as Secretary-Treasure. While running the office, he soon took over running the concrete division and then the masonry division. In 1982 he took over full control of Superior Masonry Builders, becoming President and acting as CEO. This growing up through
the ranks is what helps solidify the office and the field.

Burkhard Arndt is Vice-President and in charge of the estimating department. Burk graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a double major in mathematics and economics. He is a number person which makes him the perfect fit to run the estimating department. After graduating from college he worked as a tradesman in both masonry and concrete. He was self-employed as a union masonry and concrete contractor for 12 years. In 1996 he started with Superior Masonry as an estimator. With his back ground, Burk brings an understand of the field to the office in the estimating process.
Brian Kemp serves as Secretary/Treasure and an estimator for Superior Masonry. He graduated from Marquette High and then from the University of Dayton with a major in finance and a minor in economics. Currently, he serves on the Bricklayer Negotiation Committee for the Mason Contractors Association of Milwaukee and is a Pension Fund Trustee. His career in construction started as a yard man, then laboring in the field during his high school and college summers. Brian is a trustee for the Building Trades United Pension Trust Fund and also serves on the Brick Masons Apprenticeship Committee. Brian's youth brings enthusiasm and a new approach to our strategic planning.
