Masonry Superintendent Paul Prystawik holding First Place Safety Award

Superior Masonry has an extensive safety program. We conduct pre-employment, drug and alcohol testing before we hire any new employees. Superior provides safety training class for new and existing employees.

Superiors’ superintendents have taken the OSHA 30 hour class. Starting in 2006, all foreman will be required to take the OSHA 10 class. Everyone is responsible for a safe working environment. This starts with management making sure the field has everything it needs to provide a safe working place and the field following the safety program. This gives everyone a win-win situation.

The company is protecting its greatest asset by providing a safe working environment for employees and at the same time is benefiting by having lower insurance premiums.
