Superior Masonry World Headquarters

Superior Masonry Builders, Inc. was founded in May of 1959 and has served the Southeastern region of Wisconsin doing both masonry and concrete construction. We specialize in commercial, industrial, and institutional construction. No job is too small or too big to take on. Superior takes pride not only in doing “superior work”, but also in servicing our clients, the safety and education of our employees and training apprentices. Superior also believes in giving back to the industry that has been its home for over 60 years.

During these sixty years we have built lasting relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and owners. They have relied on our expertise to deliver quality projects, safely, on time, and cost effective. These qualities are what fuel our growth. It is hard to drive anywhere in southeastern Wisconsin and not see a building that was built or is being built by our construction crews.

The ownership is in its third family generation.  Brian Kemp is presently working for the company as President. It is this ownership which brings Superior Masonry the stability and morals to continue to be a leader in masonry and concrete construction. We are a union contractor which enables us to hire the best craftsmen and provide them not only a great pay scale but benefits such as health insurance and pension funds. Our employees are our greatest asset, they are not just employees, but part of the Superior family.

Superior Masonry is also committed to providing the best and most updated equipment and technology to its employees. It is our obligation to reinvest back into the company thus giving our employees and company that competitive edge which is needed in today’s tight market.

Superior Masonry is committed to grow through the various apprenticeship programs. Presently we have bricklayer apprentice, labor apprentice, cement mason apprentice and carpenter apprentice programs. Our apprentices have consistently placed at the top of the class, often taking first, second, and third in the State competition. Many of our apprentices have become foremen and superintendents.
